This policy explains which data Frenklu Monitoring processes for accounts, servers, votes, security, tickets and notifications.
For EU/EEA users, this policy follows GDPR principles: transparency, minimisation, security, access, correction and deletion where applicable.
2. Purposes
Site and account operation, login confirmation, server moderation, anti-fraud protection, heartbeat/API, support, payment requests, blocks, visitor statistics and security.
3. Cookies and technical data
The site may use strictly necessary cookies/session for login, language, welcome window, CSRF protection and security. Analytics or marketing cookies should not be used without separate consent if added later.
4. Telegram and email
Administrators may receive notifications about registrations, tickets, visits, moderation and requests. Users receive email codes, ticket emails and important account notices.
5. Retention
Data is stored as long as needed for site operation, security, anti-fraud, balance history and support. Old tickets may be automatically deleted according to site rules.
6. User rights
Users may request access, correction or deletion of data when it does not conflict with security, anti-fraud, balance logs and legitimate site interests.
