These terms govern the use of Frenklu Monitoring: server browsing, accounts, project submission, voting, Premium, pins, support and moderation.
Frenklu Monitoring provides a Minecraft server directory, rankings, project pages, votes, API/heartbeat integrations and owner dashboard.
Users must use the service fairly, without violating third-party rights or bypassing technical limits.
Users are responsible for their email, password, confirmation codes and all actions made from their account.
Administration may require email verification, limit account actions or block access when abuse or security risk is detected.
Submitted servers may be reviewed. Administration may approve, reject, hide, remove or restrict misleading, abusive or manipulated projects.
API/heartbeat tokens must be used only by the project owner. Sharing a token is at the owner’s risk.
Fake votes, automation, multi-account cooldown bypass, fake online status and artificial promotion are prohibited.
If abuse is detected, votes, bonuses, Premium, pins or queue positions may be cancelled without compensation.
Internal balance is used for website services. Some payment requests may be handled manually by the administrator.
Premium, pins, TOP slots, queues and vouchers have duration, availability and technical limitations. If a slot is occupied, the request may enter a queue.
Administration may block an account or IP for spam, intrusion attempts, fraud, API abuse, rule violations or threats to site stability.
When blocked, the user sees a static page with the reason, if provided.
The service is provided “as is”. Continuous availability, absence of errors, stable ranking position or persistence of external links are not guaranteed.
Server owners are responsible for descriptions, images, links and all content connected to their projects.
Terms may be updated when features, payments, API, moderation or security requirements change. Continued use means acceptance of the current version.
